You should eat at least 0.8 grams of proteins per pounds (lbs) of your body weight in order to gain bulk, strong ripped muscles fast.Body building requires you to have a healthy balanced protein rich diet daily.

If you eat too much sugar or carbohydrates you are slowing down your bulk muscle building regime. Daily exercise is required, however your daily diet is the most important factor in how fast you will succeed on your muscle building quest.

Not all proteins are equal, choosing the right ones will drastically improve and accelerate your mass bulk muscle building routine. I am a vegetarian therefore I personally prefer plant based proteins rather than meat.

I personally eat 25 pistachios two times a day. They are great source of proteins and other nutrients. It helps to boost your testosterone levels and within a week you will notice that your testosterone is running at its peak.
